1. 1. Who we are

   YL Digital Ltd (company number 16307552, Apartment 4 Farrer Estate, Binnegar, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 6AT) provides ChatRx. Contact us at help@travelrx.co.uk.

2. 2. This notice covers two situations

   • (a) Clinic customers and their staff who sign up and use ChatRx. For this data we are the controller.
   • (b) Patients who chat through a clinic's website or WhatsApp. For this data the clinic is the controller and we process it on the clinic's behalf. Please read the clinic's own privacy notice, and contact the clinic to exercise your rights (we'll help them respond).

3. 3. What we collect about clinic customers

   • Name, email, phone and WhatsApp number (if you opt in to updates).
   • Clinic details and billing details.
   • Usage of the dashboard, and support messages.

4. 4. Why we use it, and on what lawful basis

   • To provide the Service and bill you (contract).
   • To send setup updates on WhatsApp or email where you opted in (consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying STOP or emailing us).
   • To secure and improve the Service, and to tell you about other ClinicRx services relevant to your clinic (legitimate interests; you can object at any time).

5. 5. Sharing

   We share data with the providers listed in our DPA (hosting, AI, messaging, email), and with professional advisers, or where the law requires it. We never sell personal data.

6. 6. International transfers

   Some providers process data outside the UK. We rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK IDTA/Addendum.

7. 7. Retention

   • Account data is kept while you're a customer and for 6 years after, for tax and legal purposes.
   • Marketing preferences are kept until you change them.
   • Patient conversation data is kept as described in the DPA.

8. 8. Your rights

   You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and you can object to processing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), though we'd appreciate the chance to help first.

   We will post changes here and update the version date.
